Respect the wild. It’s their planet too
Life is interdependent because no organism survives alone.
Plants convert sunlight into energy.
Herbivores depend on plants.
Predators regulate herbivore populations.
Decomposers return nutrients to the soil.
Pollinators enable crops and wild plants to reproduce.
Remove one layer, and the system shifts. Remove too many, and it fails.
We depend on healthy soils, forests, oceans, insects, and biodiversity for our own survival. Climate stability, clean water, food security, and resilience all come from functioning ecosystems.
Life is less like a pyramid and more like a web. Each strand supports the others. When one weakens, the whole system feels it.
We are not separate from this network.. We are part of it.
This is shared survival.
It’s their planet too.
